We believe the process starts with a Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Once completed we can use the results to develop our backup strategy. Following the development and implementation of your custom backup strategy we will putting together your Disaster Recovery Plan. This plan will include the details of your backup strategy such as the Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), your recovery procedures, the roles and responsibilities of key representatives within your organization and beyond. Once we feel satisfied with the completion of the Disaster Recovery Plan, we have produced we will begin sharing the objectives with your team. This includes working to raise awareness of your policies amongst your staff by training your team in group or individual training sessions. We believe that by incorporating these components as well as our expert knowledge, we will assist you in creating a robust backup and disaster recovery plan that helps ensure your business can quickly recover from any disruptions should they occur.
This is our entry level plan where we will work with you to get your data and systems backed up and prepared for and incident should it occur. Each of these essential backup categories have data storage options of onsite, cloud, or both.
With This Model of our Essential Plan we will work with you to get your system hardware along with your files and folders backed up. Think of it as a complete back up of your pc/phone/server. If your system crashes, we would work with you restore the operating system along with your data so once restored your device will be most like it was prior to the incident.
With this type of back up we are just going to backing up the operating system of your device. This is most commonly used if your data is stored somewhere other than the machine we are backing up. (i.e. data stored in the CLOUD, on a fibre-channel or SCSI SAN, or NAS storage device.
With this type of back up we are just going to be backing up your system files and folders. of your device. This type of backup is similar to that done with Dropbox on onedrive
As cloud based services such as Box, Drop Box, Google Cloud, iCloud, and Office 365 have become more popular, there has become a greater need create back ups of this data.
